Private town house just on the top of El Calvari.
That house is situated on the top of the Calvario hill, which has the best views of the old town of Pollensa. The house has the pool on the high ground of the garden. And the place it is a very quiet area and is perfect for families with children. Can Sol, for peace and relaxing in Pollensa
Can Sol is a very attractive property offering comfortable accommodation all in one level. A long covered terrace with plenty a comfy seating, leads to the villa entrance at the point and around to the pool area at the rear. Four steps take you up to the pool, which is set in a lawned, helyed surrounding. From here pleasant views of the countryside across the mountains can be enjoyed . An open terrace and a roof terrace make ideal spots for privets sunbathing. BBQ for meals al fresco is also in the terrace.

Pollensa is one of the most attractive towns of the island. It was one of the areas where the tourism started, for painters and artist and bohemians. In Pollensa you can enjoy the beach and sun, but at the same time there is also a very important number of art galleries, and one of the best musical events in Europe as the Pollensa festival of which one take place in Santo Domingos Cloister.

Ca´n Ciutadá is situated in the pretty Valley of Colonya, a few minutes by car of the center of the town of Pollença. The village is decorated in a traditional Majorcan style. The outside is completely paved and the property is comprised of two terraces. A small stair conducts us to one of these terraces, Since which we can enjoy some beautiful views of the mountains and of the valley. The main entrance of the dwelling is found under the terrace covered. Since her is agreed directly to the parlor dining room, which is equipped with satellite TV and a stove of firewood. A small walkway carries us to the kitchen, completely equipped with microwave, washing machine, Worktop and electric oven. They complete the house three rooms (a double one, an individual one and one of marriage), and two baths, as well as a laundry in the plant flat. We have cradle and small chair.

Almadrava Ca’n Marquet, is a very pleasant and functional house locales in the country side of Pollença, it has a strategic location three kilometres from Pollença town and three kilometres from the beach, perfectly connected by an easy road to the nearby Puerto Pollença, Alcudia, Formentor and all the northern coast, (as can be seen in the map attach, photo nº 4)

Enchanting town house, recently refurbished with exquisite taste and the traditional features of Pollensa town houses. It is situated in one of the best streets of Pollensa, aside the Calvario.

The house is distributed on two floors: Downstairs, you will find a sitting area, an open plan fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob and oven, kettle, etc...). Exit to the lovely back patio where you will enjoy lovely meals al fresco under the covered terrace and enjoy the lovely private pool. Villa Font March is set amongst a natural small wood with fragrant pines trees and oaks. It is situated in the edge of La Font area very close to the town of Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the beach resort of Port Pollensa.

This simple and comfortable cottage is a great holiday base, is all in one level and has a lovely mosaic kidney shape swimming pool which is surrounded by bushes, young oak trees and pine trees. The lateral terrace has a pergola which in the summer is totally covered with plants making ideal to cool down during the hot evenings of the summer.
Inside, the villa is simply designed with white walls, tiled floors, beamed ceilings and traditional wooden furnishings. Deeper into the countryside we arrive at the Villa El Clos. This lovely cottage is situated outside the old town of Pollensa in a very pretty area known as the Colonya Valley just a 10 minutes drive to the historic town of Pollensa. It is a relaxing villa with lovely mountain views and a nice garden.

Inside, the design is totally traditional with some modern touches, terracotta tiles, wooden floors and also wooden beamed ceiling. The large front covered terrace leads into the lounge dining and open kitchen, this totally equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. The lounge has two sofas and it is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player.

Wooden stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, ideal for older children or couples. A corridor gives access to the rest of the bedrooms, one twin and one double which both have sloping roofs that gives the house a cosy atmosphere. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and wooden floors. A full bathroom completes the villa.

The gardens and pool are very well presented, surrounded by palm, lemon and fig trees plus many other small plants and flowers such as cacti and roses. There are mountain views on the distance. Next to the shady terrace there is a lovely built in barbecue with plenty of working areas and an old bread wood oven.

The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property.
