The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property. Off the hallway are three double bedrooms and a passageway leading to the bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. Villa Andreu is a charming and very traditional single storey villa just a few minutes away from the old town of Pollensa. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens with cherry trees, cypress and other Mediterranean plants. Set amongst a lawn area is the lovely swimming pool.
